Beatdown: Heath Herring and Robbie Lawler

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross are back for another live edition of "Beatdown" on The Sherdog Radio Network. Joining them were Heath Herring (Pictures) and ICON middleweight champion "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler (Pictures).

Over the weekend in Hawaii, Lawler knocked out Frank Trigg (Pictures) and claimed the 185-lb. title in ICON. Lawler talks about his fourth-round KO, regaining the title, and what he expects in the future.

Heath Herring (Pictures) had a disappointing Octagon debut against Jake O'Brien (Pictures) at UFC Fight Night 8. Herring discusses his upcoming bout against TUF season 2 finalist Brad Imes (Pictures), and fighting in his home state of Texas. Herring also discusses what he learned from the tough loss.
