Beatdown: Henderson, Penn and "Charuto"

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross are joined by Renato Verissimo (Pictures), B.J. Penn (Pictures), and PRIDE two-division champion Dan Henderson (Pictures).

"Charuto" Verissimo fights Saturday in Hawaii. The Brazilian transplant talks about his opponent in ICON, fighting in front of his friends, and his plans are in MMA.

The PRIDE 205- and 183-pound champion Dan Henderson (Pictures) joins TJ and Josh to talk about the sale of PRIDE to Lorenzo Fertita, being the champion of multiple weight divisions, possible fights for him, and what he wants to do in the organization. Dan also talks about his friend Matt Lindland (Pictures)'s chances against PRIDE heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko (Pictures), as well as cornering Jason "Mayhem" Miller who fights Hector Urbina this weekend in ICON.

Rounding out a stacked "Beatdown" is former UFC welterweight champion B.J. Penn (Pictures). "The Prodigy" will be featured as a coach on the upcoming season of "The Ultimate Fighter." Penn touches on his role as a coach and the chance he will get to avenge a loss on his record to fellow TUF 5 coach Jens Pulver (Pictures) in June. BJ also talks about his goals in MMA, whether or not he will stay at 155 pounds, and a new feature on his Web site that allows fans to learn jiu-jitsu.
