The fight card will be headlined by home grown Jacob Harkness, who has dominated his last five opponents and is hungry to prove he should be the next to wear the KOTC Welterweight World Champion Belt. He will battle, the hard hitting and battle tested, Koa Ramos from Spokane, Washington
Also on the card will feature “Iron” Will Noland,
