Samman has delivered eight of his nine career victories by knockout, technical knockout or submission, including six of them inside the first round. The 24-year-old Floridian owns a 2010 win over “Ultimate Fighter” alum Chris Cope. Samman last appeared under the Xtreme Fighting Championships banner in February, when he struck Mikey Gomez into submission at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium-Coliseum in Knoxville, Tenn.
