Santos (Pictured) coached opposite former UFC heavyweight
champion Brock
Lesnar on Season 13 of “The Ultimate Fighter” reality series.
In a recent interview with Sherdog.com, the 26-year-old Brazilian
credited both Lesnar and his appearance on the show with
introducing him to a wider audience:
“Certainly, much has been happening. I have to thank Lesnar, who is very famous worldwide and agreed to become coach with me. It was a very good opportunity for me to become even better known in the fighting world. It’s what I want. I love being a fighter and want to be a fighter for a long time, for as long as I can. I know myself, and I will do everything to make my fans happier. I wish Lesnar good luck and hope that everything goes well and he can return soon. He brings joy to many people. Many love to hate him, but I know him a little, and he’s a nice guy. One day, we may face each other.”
