Odie Delaney Wants to Face Andre Galvao in a Grappling Contest in One Championship
If things were up to Odie Delaney, Summer 2022 would be pretty busy. Delaney (3-0, 1-0 One) made his One Championship debut in February when he submitted Thomas Narmo with a spectacular hammerlock in 66 seconds at One “Bad Blood.” Now, “The Witness” is scheduled to face Mehdi Barghi at One 158 on Friday. Should things play out according to the American’s plan, Delaney would like to stay busy in the summer. The American Top Team Asheville representative aims to compete against Brazilian jiu-jitsu ace and Strikeforce alum Andre Galvao in a grappling contest. According to Delaney, a grappling specialist, it would be quite an entertaining fight for the fans and a big challenge for himself.
