In the midst of a three-fight skid, Junior dos Santos hopes to right the ship at UFC 256 on Dec. 12.

The former Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight king talked with Sherdog Brazilian correspondent Marcelo Alonso about his upcoming match with undefeated Frenchman Ciryl Gane in Las Vegas.

“I dont have any excuses about my last defeats. I'm an aggressive fighter who looks for the knockout all the time,” said dos Santos. “In the heavyweight division, a perfect hand decides the fight and unfortunately it was not mine that [landed] first. But that will not make me change the way I always fight.”
