(PRESS RELEASE) -- Minglewood Hall hosted another outstanding night
of V3Fights!! The Legion was on the edge of their seats and the
fighters put on an incredible show! Two new champions were crowned
and the belts will be coming back home to the mid-south! “Fight of
the Night” goes to Lorenzo Nathan and Brian Ames!
These two fighters put on a three round slugfest and there was
never a dull moment in the fight. “Submission of the Night” goes to
Kyle
Hughes. Usually you only see a d’arce guillotine choke in high
level jiu-jitsu matches, but Hughes was able to secure one in the
main event title fight which forced his opponent to tap.
“Performance/Fighter of the Night” goes to newly crowned
featherweight champion, Steven
Birdsong. His wrestling took over and helped him win the title.
V3Fights will be back in action on December 19 in Tupelo, MS.
