United Fight Alliance Partners with House of Fame MMA to Air Jacksonville Show

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Tampa, FL – United Fight Alliance (UFA) has
partnered with House of Fame MMA (HOF MMA) out of Jacksonville, FL
to provide commentating and television airing for its upcoming MMA
event “New Dawn” on September 6, 2014 at the Jacksonville Veterans
Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. This Saturday night you
won’t want to miss this star studded event. MMA fans will also have
the opportunity to meet several A-list UFC fighters, such as
Thiago
Alves, Jorge
Masvidal and Hector
Lombard who will be at event.
Emmy Award Winning host and MMA personality Jordan “Jay” Adams will join actor, producer and MMA fighter Hawk Younkins cage-side to call the action. Jay stated, “House of Fame is really going all out for their inaugural event. They are doing a lot of things right. Partnering with the Jacksonville Sports Council is huge and their relationship with the city of Jacksonville is probably the best promotion-city relationship I have seen in the sport.” He went on to say that “We are excited to help launch House of Fame across all of our television network platforms.”
UFA is a one hour MMA and Entertainment program that broadcasts to
over 100 million homes and sports establishments, airing
internationally on HBO Plus, nationally on DIRECTV, Dish Network
and ATT U-Verse and locally on ROOT SPORTS, Comcast SportsNet
Chicago, SportsNet New York, Tuff TV and Untamed Sports TV.
HOF MMA recently announced the launch of its new franchise, the first Professional MMA Franchise of its kind to be established in the United States. The fight organizations highly anticipated first Pro-MMA event is this Saturday. According to HOF MMA Executives, their organization represents a historic paradigm shift in the MMA world. House of Fame MMA is modeled after traditional U.S. based Professional franchises and leagues such as the NFL and MLB, and is poised for National expansion to proliferate the first MMA League of its kind in the world. Kovacs, who brings a solid wrestling game to the cage, is as solid on the ground as he is on his feet. Like Garner, he is also known for his devastating striking ability. Kovacs recently clinched a first round submission victory over Nate Cook at CWC 14 and picked up an impressive unanimous decision victory over former UFC Champion Maurice Smith in 2013. Hard-hitting heavyweights Kenneth ‘Deuce’ Garner and Matt ‘The
Attack’ Kovacs will be headlining the event. Garner (12-6), a
Florida native, is a well-rounded fighter known for his explosive
knock-out power. The former M-1 Selection Americas Heavyweight
Champion plans to prove he is still a force to be reckoned with in
