Golden League of fighting sports

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The “Golden League of fighting sports” first event will be Saturday the 18 of October in Sporting Hall “Lago Figoi” at number 10 of Lago Fogoi street in Genoa, Italy.

Promoted by the former 8 times professional thai and Kickboxing world pro champion Marco Costaguta (now promoter and manager in professional boxing and fighting sports) in Lago The Golden League will held a gala in Italy each month from October to June.

Thanks to a partnership with MMA Italy, the prominent MMA organization of the country, in any event will be included some MMA Fights, among matches of K1 Style and other fighting sports (as usual in Italy, where is very rare that are organized events dedicated to only one fighting sport).

Regarding the card of the 18 of October, the MMA fights will be in the heavyweights class Roberto "Skorpion King" Fantasia Versus Christian Leoni and Daniel Pilò Versus Alberto De paolis.

Fantasia comes from the Kunpoldam Academy of Chiavari, and he’s a former bronze medalist in the WMC Muay Thai World Championship in Bangkok, an A Class Thai Boxing fighter, a Brazilian Ju Jitsu blue belt from Gracie Barra and he’s Italian champion of Submission Wrestling. This is his debut in MMA. The opponent is the Genoese Christian Leoni, Ju Jitsu Italian champion, known for his physical strength.

In the second match will Daniel Pilo, Submission Wrestling Italian champion and Thai Boxing and K1 Style fighter. His fight will be against Alberto De Paolis from Mariani's Gym, Pisa, a member of Shidokan Italian national Team (a bare knuckle karate stile today MMA and submission oriented). In the card also 12 Thai Boxing and K1 pro fights.

Special prizes for the best two fighters a “Japanese style” one meter and half trophy and the Golden League Belt.
