(PRESS RELEASE) -- In 2009, former University of Alabama football standout, Eryk Anders, was delivering hits on the gridiron that helped his team win a BCS national championship ring. On February 16, 2013 at Marathon Music Works in Nashville, TN, Anders hopes to be delivering hits to his opponent that will help him win a V3Fights Light Heavyweight Title.
On February 16, Anders will once again find himself competing on television, but this time he won’t be playing LSU on the football field, but fighting a very dangerous opponent in Paul Rainey inside the V3 cage. When asked about fighting his opponent, here is what Anders had to say: “I feel I have an advantage in the cardio department. But he’s a big dude and packs a lot of power and I definitely have my hands full with him. It’s an honor and a privilege to be fighting for V3. They put on great shows and I’m excited. I can’t wait!”
