(PRESS RELEASE) -- LOS ANGELES – Tonight’s episode of AXS TV’s INSIDE MMA took an in-depth look at the anticipated January 17 UFC title fight between reigning bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw and former title holder Dominick Cruz.

Series hosts Kenny Rice and Bas Rutten interviewed Cruz about his return to the octagon after suffering a torn ACL 11 months ago and his desire to reclaim his former belt. While discussing his matchup with Dillashaw, Cruz responded to comments Dillashaw’s coach Duane Ludwig made to INSIDE MMA about the fight earlier in the show:

Meanwhile, INSIDE MMA Correspondent Ron Kruck sat down with Dillashaw at his new training camp in Denver, where he discussed finally facing Cruz over a year after their originally scheduled fight and what a win over the former champion would mean for his legacy:

Middleweight Title Fight – Leonardo Leite (7-0) defeated Ryan Spann (8-2) via unanimous decision (50-45, 50-45, 50-45).

Lightweight Fight – Sean Soriano (9-3) defeated Josh Quayhagen (8-4) via KO (punch) at 3:21 in round one.

Lightweight Fight – Gage Duhon (6-2) defeated Kolton Englund (3-2) TKO (strikes) at 1:52 in round one.

Bantamweight Fight - Trent Meax (3-1) defeated Joel Scott (4-4) via split decision (28-29, 29-28, 29-28).

Official results from the Legacy Kickboxing Light Heavyweight Tournament are as follows:

Finale – Andres Van Engelen (11-1) defeated Manny Mancha (13-3) via KO (punch) at 2:15 in round two.

Semi-final Fight – Andres Van Engelen (10-1) defeated Myron Dennis (19-5) via split decision (28-29, 30-27, 29-28).

Semi-final Fight – Manny Mancha (13-2) defeated Brian Collette (23-3) via KO (punch) at 2:20 in round one.
