MONTREAL Fund a Fighter announced Wednesday that popular UFC welterweight Charlie Brenneman is the latest fighter to join its growing MMA crowdfunding platform.
The goal of Brenneman's campaign will be to raise funds to offset
training expenses for his upcoming UFC 152 bout with Kyle Noke
September 22 in Toronto. Half of the money pledged by his backers
will also go towards the launch of the fighter's SpaniardFit Kids
program, whose aim is to promote healthy living in youth and
decrease childhood obesity.
FAF founder and CEO Robbie Stein says that Brenneman is the type of fighter that will make the best of the opportunity provided by his company's service and ensure that his fans get the most out of the experience.
We wish Charlie the best of luck with his campaign, his UFC 152 fight with Kyle Noke and SpaniardFit Kids.
Brenneman is eager to start his campaign, which he feels will further connect him with his fan base while helping him cover his training costs and grow SpaniardFit Kids with the support of his FundaFighter Backers

The target amount for the campaign, which runs for the next 60 days, is $2000. Fans who back him will receive prizes that correlate with the size of the pledge they make, ranging from a thank-you on the FAF website to Brenneman's UFC 152 walkout shirt, fight-worn shorts and a personal phone call from the fighter for his top Backer.
Brenneman joins a growing roster of FAF-sponsored athletes that includes his AMA Fight Club teammate and UFC welterweight standout Dan Miller, UFC featherweight Joey Gambino and The Ultimate Fighter 13 vet Chuck O'Neil.
Miller's campaign, which is raising funds to offset the costs of an upcoming kidney transplant for his infant son in September, more than doubled his original $3000 goal in just under two weeks, thanks in part to O'Neils donation of the $438 raised from his own campaign. Gambino's effort, which is going towards flying two of his cornermen to Brazil for his UFC 153 fight with Diego Brandao, has also eclipsed his original goal of $1500, having raised over $2300.
