Rising 170-pounders Abubakar Nurmagomedov and Matthew Frincu will headline the preliminary portion of World Series of Fighting’s next event, the organization announced on Monday.

The three-round welterweight clash was one of five new undercard matchups confirmed for WSOF 30, which takes place April 2 at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The show’s prelims will stream live on Sherdog.com beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, with the NBCSN-televised main card to follow at 11 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

Nurmagomedov, the adopted brother of UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov, will enter the bout on a three-fight winning streak, including two wins since joining the WSOF roster in 2015. The Dagestan native last stepped into the cage in December, when he earned a lopsided decision over Danny Davis Jr. at WSOF 26.

Frincu has not lost in his last five bouts stretching back to 2013, when he was competing in his native Australia. Now based out of Arizona Combat Sports, “The Thunder from Down Under” also beat Davis in his last outing, taking a split decision from the Las Vegan last September.

Other bouts confirmed for the WSOF 30 undercard include Gil Guardado vs. Steve Kozola at lightweight; Jason Pacheco vs. Juan Carlos Garcia at flyweight; Adam Acquaviva vs. Andres Ponce at bantamweight; and Jeff Roman vs. Nick Salantri at welterweight.
