Vasiliy Lomachenko, Anthony Crolla on Weight for Lightweight Championship Bout

Two of the best boxers in the world will clash tomorrow as both Vasiliy Lomachenko and Anthony Crolla successfully made the lightweight limit at today's official weigh-in.

Lomachenko (12-1, 9 KOs) is a heavy favorite in the bout as the oddsmakers have him as high as a -10000 favorite. However, that isn't an indictment of his opponent but due to how highly thought of the current WBA and WBO champion is. He'll put both of his championships on the line against his mandatory challenger. A win here will help a unification bout against IBF lightweight titleholder Richard Commey materialize. "Hi-Tech" easily made weight by coming in at a trim 134.4 pounds.

Crolla (34-6-3, 13 KOs) will look to cause a stir by causing an upset. The British fighter previously held the WBA lightweight title himself but lost it to Jorge Linares in 2016. Now, he'll look to regain it against the two-time Olympic gold medal winner. "Million Dollar" looked prepared as he tipped the scales at 134.8 pounds.

Preceding that fight will be a bout that sees the undefeated WBO super middleweight champ Gilberto Ramirez going up against Tommy Karpency. Similar to the main event, Ramirez (39-0, 25 KOs) is a heavy favorite despite not going up against a bad fighter. He looked great on the scales and came in at 174.6 pounds. Karpency (29-6-1, 18 KOs) holds a quality win over Chad Dawson but has come up short in prior championship matches. The underdog looked in great shape at 174.6 pounds.

The action goes live tomorrow on ESPN+ at 11 p.m. ET.
