WSOF 32 takes place at Xfinity Arena in Everett, Wash., and is headlined by a bantamweight title rematch between Marlon Moraes and Josh Hill. Another championship rematch will take place in the co-main event, as Alexandre Almeida defends the 145-pound strap against Lance Palmer. The main card airs on NBC Sports Network at 10:30 p.m. ET/7:30 p.m. PT.
Hawes made his promotional debut on June 17, earning a first-round technical knockout of Joshua Key at WSOF 31. The Jackson-Wink MMA product is 4-0 in his young professional career, with all of his triumphs coming inside of two rounds.
The 37-year-old Taylor enters the matchup on a five-fight first-round finishing streak. Most recently, the former Bellator MMA and Strikeforce competitor choked out Cory Devela 29 seconds into the opening frame at WSOF 29 on March 12.
