The current Professional Fighters League heavyweight landscape is virtually unrecognizable when compared to its iteration a few months ago.

The PFL sent out a press release on Thursday to announce a series of changes in its upcoming PFL 6 card on June 25 at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, N.J. The conclusion of the regular season will feature fighters in four weight categories, but it will primarily be stocked with heavyweight and women’s lightweight matchups.

The promotion’s changes to this card start with the loss of 2019 heavyweight champ Ali Isaev, who has not been medically cleared for competition. Adding to the recent removal of Fabricio Werdum from the bracket and a few other shakeups, four men will be joining the heaviest section of the tournament: Chandler Cole, Stuart Austin, Klidson Abreu and Jamelle Jones. Cole will be taking on Ante Delija, while Austin squares off with Renan Ferreira. Abreu and Jones will face one another.

In addition to these bouts at the 266-pound limit, pivotal lightweight and featherweight matchups have been confirmed after previous announcements. Anthony Pettis will meet Raush Manfio, while two-time former PFL champ Lance Palmer will come to blows with Movlid Khaybulaev. Both of those bouts will serve on the main card, below the women’s lightweight headliner of Kayla Harrison vs. Cindy Dandois.

The PFL 6: 2021 Regular Season main card will go down on June 25 on ESPN 2 and ESPN+ at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. The eight-fight prelim package kicks off at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT only on ESPN+ in the U.S.
