Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller Booked for Felony Domestic Violence, Bail Set at $1.385 Million
Retired Ultimate Fighting Championship and Strikeforce competitor Jason Miller has run afoul of the law once again.
According to a Friday report from TMZ, Miller has been arrested in Los Angeles for a charge of felony domestic violence. Per the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, an arrest record on Sept. 10 confirms this report. The 40-year-old with a history of criminal activity following his fighting career is being held on a bail amount of $1.385 million.

Less than a year ago, Miller was charged with multiple felonies including first-degree burglary and grand theft auto, in which he pleaded not guilty when brought to trial. He was previously taken in for a charge of felony vandalism, which rose to that level when he caused a certain dollar amount of damage. Other prior incidents include breaking into a church nude causing damage, and a guilty plea for domestic violence to a spouse or cohabitant that put him on probation a few years ago.
As a fighter, Miller amassed a record of 23 wins with 10 defeats and a no contest due to a cut in a career that stretched from 2001 to 2016. Although Miller retired after a pair of losses to Michael Bisping and C.B. Dollaway inside the Octagon, he returned four years later to face Mattia Schiavolin under the Venator FC banner. “Mayhem” missed weight by nearly 25 pounds, and succumbed to a rear-naked choke in the second frame to conclude his tenure in the sport.
