KSW is loading up its debut show in Croatia by putting a bantamweight belt on the line.
According to a KSW press release on Thursday, Antun Racic (23-8-1) will be squaring off against Damian Stasiak (11-6) for the inaugural KSW bantamweight title at KSW 51. This event will take place at the Arena Zagreb in Zagreb, Croatia, on Nov. 9. Headlining the card will be a non-title heavyweight battle between Mariusz Pudzianowski and Erko Jun.
Croatia's Racic has never lost in the KSW cage, taking four decisions in his four appearances. The winningest bantamweight in promotional history, Racic has also picked up the most consecutive decision victories under the KSW banner. With 13 tapout wins to his credit, the 29-year-old has never won a fight by knockout.
Former Ultimate Fighting Championship bantamweight Stasiak left the Las Vegas-based promotion in 2018 on the heels of three consecutive losses. "Webster" did pick up a win against a hometown fighter at the Arena Zagreb in the past, tapping Felip Pejic with a first-round rear-naked choke at UFC Fight Night 86 in 2016. Following his UFC release, Stasiak got back into the win column by putting Nikolay Kondratyuk to sleep with an arm-triangle choke in April. This fight will be his KSW debut.
