The Walkmen: UFC 204 ‘Bisping vs. Henderson 2’
Michael Bisping successfully defended the Ultimate Fighting Championship middleweight title for the first time, as he defeated old rival Dan Henderson by unanimous decision in the UFC 204 headliner on Saturday at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. “The Count” survived scares late in rounds one and two -- Henderson floored him on two occasions with his legendary right hand -- and saw his resilience pay off.
The event was loaded with sensational knockouts, wicked submissions, action-packed fights and memorable entrances. Bisping opted to go with Blur’s “Song 2” for his customary walkout track, while Henderson settled on Toby Keith’s “Made in America” to usher him to the cage for what was the final fight of his storied career.
Other standout tracks included Gesaffelstein’s “Hate or Glory” (Gegard Mousasi), Duran Duran’s “The Wild Boys” (Damian Stasiak), Kodak Black’s “Skrilla” (Ovince St. Preux), Notorious B.I.G.’s “Mo Money, Mo Problems” (Leon Edwards) and T.I.’s “Big Things Poppin” (Mirsad Bektic).
