UFC Fight Night 151 on Saturday in Ottawa, Ontario, was light on finishes. Typically, that means fewer profitable prop bets that cash, but the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s return to Canada’s capital city still yielded a few surprises. They provide the ingredients for this installment of Insane Prop Bets.

Matt Sayles Wins by Submission (+1150)

Perhaps somewhat surprisingly, the biggest prop bet to cash at UFC Fight Night 151 came courtesy of Sayles, who submitted Kyle Nelson by third-round arm-triangle choke in a terrific back-and-forth battle on the undercard. Sayles dominated the first round, but Nelson came back strong in the second. However, Sayles had no intention of letting the judges to come into play and recorded a beautiful submission for his first UFC victory. The prop on Sayles winning in Round 3 hit at a massive +1042 clip, but even bigger was the prop on his winning by submission, which hit at +1150.

Donald Cerrone Wins by Unanimous Decision (+530)

The main event saw Cerrone author a minor upset with a “Fight of the Night”-winning unanimous decision over Al Iaquinta. It was another tremendous performance from Cerrone, and it netted his first victory on the scorecards since he outpointed Benson Henderson back in 2015. The prop on Cerrone winning a decision over Iaquinta hit at +410, but even more profitable was the prop on his winning a unanimous decision, which scored at +530.

Derek Brunson Wins by Decision (+318)

The co-headliner saw Brunson grind out a unanimous decision against “The Ultimate Fighter Nations” winner Elias Theodorou to snap his two-fight losing skid. Considering that Brunson usually wins his fights by knockout -- this was his first decision win since 2014 -- the prop on his getting the nod on the judges’ scorecards was available at a decent number and hit at +318.

Macy Chiasson Wins in Round 2 (+325)

In a women’s bantamweight prelim, the hard-charging Chiasson overcame a difficult first five minutes against Sarah Moras to storm back in the second round and smash her opponent to a brutal technical knockout. Chiasson now owns a 3-0 mark in the UFC -- all three of her wins have come by stoppage -- and has the look of a future title contender at 135 pounds. The prop on Chiasson winning in the second round cashed at a hearty +325 number.

Vince Morales Wins by Decision (+286)

Morales notched his first win inside the Octagon with an uneventful unanimous decision over Aiemann Zahabi in a bantamweight encounter on the undercard. This was one of the weakest fights on the docket, but Morales pulling off the upset resulted in a hit on a decent-sized prop bet. The prop on Morales winning by decision cashed at a solid +286 number.
