Rizin Fighting Federation 28—which streams LiveNow pay-per-view at 1:30 a.m. ET/10:30 p.m. PT—also features Japanese kickboxing star Tenshin Nasukawa in three special-rules bouts, along with four matches in the opening round of the organization’s bantamweight grand prix: Kai Asakura vs. Shuto Watanabe, Shintaro Ishiwatari vs. Naoki Inoue, Hiromasa Ougikubo vs. Takeshi Kasugai and Yuki Motoya vs. Ryo Okada.
