How to Watch Bellator 289

Two title fights will anchor Bellator MMA’s final show of 2022, as Raufeon Stots defends his interim bantamweight championship against Danny Sabatello in the Bellator 289 headliner and Liz Carmouche puts her women’s flyweight crown on the line against Juliana Velasquez on the co-main event on Friday at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. In addition, the Stots-Sabatello serves as a semifinal in the Bellator bantamweight grand prix.

Meanwhile, the seven-fight undercard streams to the Bellator YouTube channel in its entirety at 5:30 p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. PT, a women’s flyweight clash between Denise Kielholtz and Ilara Joanne highlighting the preliminary slate.
