Victor Oritz landed 26 total punches before being knocked out in the fourth round.
The interesting angle about McGregor’s total punches landed over/under is that he’s guaranteed a win inside of four rounds. If he’s as aggressive as he’s said he’s stated he will, be there’s a decent chance that he finishes the fight well before he reaches 31.5 total punches.
However, Mayweather has routinely said that he is going to put on a show. Unless Mayweather goes head hunting and decides to end this fight super early, I’d be shocked if he didn’t break that 105.5 punch total set out by BetOnline.ag.
Using the odds and props to unfold the likelihood of outcomes in the McGregor-Mayweather encounter is an interesting endeavor.
