Champions collide at UFC Fight Night 152 as former Invicta Fighting Championships titleholders Megan Anderson and Felicia Spencer look to make their presence felt inside the Octagon. Anderson is coming off a victory over Cat Zingano while Spencer is gunning for a successful promotional debut. Let these numbers show just how explosive this battle of champions can get.

Height and reach

At 5’6”, Spencer is not a short featherweight by any means, but she is dwarfed in a faceoff by Anderson who stands at 6’0”. The fighter from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, also has an arm reach of 73” and a leg reach of 43”.

Wins by knockout

Anderson has a decent boxing background, and this translated well into mixed martial arts as evidenced by her five TKO victories -- three of which came in the first round. On her second UFC bout, Anderson notably defeated former title challenger Zingano by TKO. Spencer, on the other hand, has one triumph by KO. It happened on her professional debut against Rachel Wiley at Invicta FC 14.

Wins by submission

Submissions are always on the menu when Spencer makes a trip inside the cage. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt is most fond of the rear-naked choke, which she has used three times to finish opponents. Her victims were Amy Coleman, Helena Kolesnyk and Pam Sorenson.

Anderson is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt who makes good use of her length, not just in striking, but also in hunting for submissions. She has so far been successful on two occasions, and these were against Jodie Struzik and Zoie Shreiweis.

Championship fights

Anderson and Spencer are championship-caliber fighters who have actually proven their mettle in title fights. In fact, both of them earned a spot in the UFC roster after winning the featherweight belt at Invicta FC. Spencer achieved the feat at Invicta FC 32 when she submitted Sorenson in the fourth round.

As for Anderson, the Invicta title was already her second championship. She had earlier won the Roshambo MMA featherweight championship in her home country of Australia by submitting Shreiweis in the first round. That served as her ticket to a contract with Invicta FC. Anderson did not disappoint as she later won the interim title by knocking out Tweet at Invicta FC 21. She was then promoted to undisputed champion, but was signed by the UFC later on.

Career losses

Spencer has a perfect record of 6-0, with all of her bouts taking place at Invicta FC. Anderson, on the other hand, holds a record of 9-3, with losses to Shreiweis, Cindy Dandois and Holly Holm.
