By The Numbers: Holly Holm vs. Mayra Bueno Silva

Holly Holm can probably feel Father Time nipping at her heels.

The former Ultimate Fighting Championship women’s bantamweight titleholder will seek her second win in as many appearances when she toes the line against Mayra Bueno Silva in the UFC on ESPN 49 headliner this Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Holm marches into her latest assignment with an 8-6 record inside the Octagon. She last fought at UFC on ESPN 43, where she outpointed Yana Santos to a unanimous decision in their three-round pairing on March 25. Silva, meanwhile, has rattled off three straight victories. She last competed on Feb 18, when she dispatched Lina Lansberg with a kneebar in the second round of their UFC Fight Night 219 confrontation.
