“The Venezuelan Vixen” will test her wits and mitts against an all-time great when she challenges Amanda Nunes for the undisputed women’s bantamweight crown in the UFC 269 co-headliner on Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Pena has rattled off six victories in eight appearances since she linked arms with the promotion as “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 18 winner in 2013. The Sikjitsu rep last competed at UFC 257, where she submitted Sara McMann with a rear-naked choke in the third round of their Jan. 23 pairing. Nunes, meanwhile, finds herself in the midst of a historic run as a simultaneous two-division titleholder at 135 and 145 pounds.
