Stephane Bonnar: Jiu-Jitsu/Boxing/Wrestling/Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu • 6’3 • 205 lbs. • 7-1
Career Against Noteworthy Opponents:
• Brian Ebersole (1-0)
• Jay Massey (1-0)

• William Hill (1-0)
• Terry Martin (1-0)
History on Ultimate Fighter:
Defeated Bobby Southworth by decision in Episode 7
Defeated Mike Swick by Triangle/Armbar in Episode 12
--------------------------------
The Better Striker: Bonnar is a two-time Golden Gloves champion. Griffin can hurt his opponent standing but he wants them all on the mat.
The Better Grappler: Tough call. Both guys have a great ground game. Bonnar trains with the Gracie family here in Chicago and has multiple wins by submission on his record. Griffin been in there with some big-time grapplers including Severn, Braga and Horn and has nearly a dozen submission wins. Griffin is well versed in submission, using armbars and triangles to finish his opponents and has reportedly pulled off a flying-triangle choke in a training seminar.
And The Winner Is: Griffin. Forrest has twice as much experience and has been in the ring with five UFC veterans, beating three of them. He was my pick to win the event from the moment I saw the field, and though Bonnar has been impressive, I’ve seen nothing to change my opinion. I think it will be Griffin by strikes in an absolute war.
