4. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Frank MirUFC 140 “Jones vs. Machida”

At one point, Nogueira, having wobbled Mir with punches, latched onto a guillotine choke. Mir tried to extricate himself, but the Brazilian rolled with him. Eventually, Mir found himself in top position looking to secure a kimura. Gaining side mount and properly maneuvering for the submission, Mir began to crank his opponent’s arm towards the point of no return. Nogueira rolled in a bid to defend but Mir did not let go, placing his right leg over the Brazilian’s head and cranking the former Pride Fighting Championships titleholder’s arm until a visible break to the humerus bone was seen. Nogueira’s decision to tap out came too late, proving he was indeed breakable.
