4. Alistair Overeem

One of the best pure strikers in mixed martial arts, Overeem is a frightening mountain of a man on a quest to claim the UFC heavyweight championship. The Dutch knockout artist wields a resume few in the division can match, even as his list of accomplishments continues to grow.

Overeem has taken part in the prestigious K-1 World Grand Prix on multiple occasions -- he won the kickboxing tournament in 2010 -- while also competing at a high level in MMA. Juggling responsibilities in the two combat sports proved anything but problematic for him, as he raised his profile and exposed his talents to a wider audience.

Having spent time training with Golden Glory, the Blackzilians and Jackson-Wink MMA, Overeem enjoyed a successful run in Pride Fighting Championships and got his hands on titles in Dream and Strikeforce prior to his arrival in the UFC. He has compiled a 6-3 record inside the Octagon, where a four-fight winning streak has propelled him into a showdown with Stipe Miocic for the heavyweight championship at UFC 203.
