Magalhaes barely broke a sweat. The Nova Uniao representative put away Zachrich with first-round punches in their UFC on Fox 11 pairing at the Amway Center. A replacement for the injured Josh Samman, Zachrich bit the dust 44 seconds into Round 1. Magalhaes crippled the Ohio-based Brazilian jiu-jitsu brown belt with a left hook to the solar plexus, followed with an overhand right and drove him to the mat with a knee strike to the midsection. A series of unanswered punches brought it to close and gave Magalhaes his third consecutive win.
