Han Zi Hao (57-15-0) vs Stergos Mikkios (19-9-2)
It is a quick turnaround for China’s Han Zi Hao who fought last month at ONE: Reign of Kings. The 22-year-old who trains at Bangkok's Mad Muay Thai Gym took on Cypriot Panicos Yusuf in his ONE debut, losing via judge’s decision.
His opponent on Saturday will also be entering the ring on back of a debut loss. Mikkios, who was born in Greece but relocated to the United States when he was younger, was outclassed in his debut by Serbian-American Ognjen Topic. The 28-year-old was unable to find any rhythm against his more seasoned opponent. Mikkios freely admits he is an unorthodox striker and is not as polished as some of his opponents. Mikkios trains out of Phuket Top team and will be looking to make the fight as open and free flowing as possible as he seeks to achieve his first win in ONE’s Super Series.
