Radeem Rahman (3-1-0) vs. Masakazu Imanari (36-18-2)

Rahman vs. Imanari is last-minute addition to the card after Emilio Urruttia injured his foot while preparing for his bout with Japan’s Kozuki Tokodune. Imanari is a Japanese legend, famed for his exceptional grappling abilities; in particular, his deadly leg locks. At 42 years of age, his best days are behind him, and he comes into this bout on the back of two fight losing streak. Imanari has yet to have his hand raised by the referee since joining ONE, but this late notice contest should help him in the regard. Imanari’s experience should be enough to steer him through what should be a straightforward encounter with Singapore’s Radeem Rahman.

The 31 year-old Rahman recently returned to ONE after a four-year layoff and defeated China’s Tang De Pan via first-round submission at ONE: Grit & Glory back in May. Rahman may have youth on his side, but he lacks the credentials that Imanari -- a three-time Deep champion -- can lay claim to. The Singaporean’s best chance of winning would be to keep the fight standing and hope his muay Thai background will give him a pathway to victory.
