• Coming off a victory at UFC Fight Night 18 on April 1, Brock Larson has agreed to fight Chris Wilson at UFC 98 on May 23, according to MMAJunkie.com. Wilson was originally booked to face Josh Koscheck, who bowed out due to injury.
• Former UFC lightweight champion Jens Pulver will test his future at featherweight against surging prospect Josh Grispi at WEC 41 on June 7, MMA Fanhouse reported. Also on that show, Donald Cerrone will face Rich Crunkilton in a lightweight bout originally scheduled for 2008, according to MMAWeekly.com. WEC 41 will be headlined by the Mike Thomas Brown vs. Urijah Faber rematch for the featherweight championship.
• A lightweight tilt between Mac Danzig and Jim Miller has been set for UFC 100 on July 11 in Las Vegas, MMAWeekly.com reported. Both men are trying to rebound from recent losses. Danzig has dropped two straight. The UFC firmed up some other details on its big UFC 100 card on July 11 in Las Vegas. In addition to confirming Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir, Georges St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves, Michael Bisping vs. Dan Henderson and Stephan Bonnar vs. Mark Coleman for the show, the promotion also announced it will air a Spike TV special that will countdown the 100 greatest UFC fights. The 100 fights will be decided by fan voting that opens May 1. The specials will air July 5-8, with a final episode on July 11 airing just before UFC 100 goes live on the east coast.
• Two matchups were added to the UFC 101 show on Aug. 8 in Philadelphia. Amir Sadollah will square off with Johny Hendricks, and John Howard will collide with Tamdan McCrory, according to MMAJunkie.com. A lightweight title bout between champion B.J. Penn and Kenny Florian will headline the event.
• Chris Leben will return from a UFC-imposed steroid suspension that was issued in October and will face Jake Rosholt at UFC 102 on Aug. 29, according to MMAJunkie.com.
