8. Demetrious Johnson vs. T.J. Dillashaw-Dominic Cruz Winner

It goes without saying that current UFC flyweight champion Johnson has all but run out of credible opposition at his weight. “Mighty Mouse” has laid waste to the division to such a degree that he has on several occasions had no choice but to continue fighting recycled foes he has already manhandled. With that said, why not make the move back to bantamweight?

Johnson is such a terrific all-around fighter that he is arguably the most complete martial artist on Zuffa’s entire roster. It appears as though he will eventually return to 135 pounds, and when he does, what better way to crash the division than by taking on the champion? Current champion Dillashaw will defend the bantamweight title against Cruz on Jan. 17 in Boston.

Cruz when healthy is easily among the best fighters in the world, but injuries have limited him to just one appearance since he defeated Johnson by unanimous decision in October 2011. Johnson has not lost since, and considering how Dillashaw has looked during his title run, a fight between them could be one for the ages.
