9. Carlos Condit
Condit calls himself “The Natural Born Killer” for good reason: He has been a lethal offensive fighter with a knack for doling out beatings, as evidenced by the fact that he has finished 28 of his 30 professional victories. He captured the World Extreme Cagefighting welterweight crown and later interim UFC gold at 170 pounds, along with multiple post-fight performance bonuses. Condit is as consistently exciting as they come, but he is a man of few words.
The Jackson-Wink MMA representative will challenge Robbie Lawler for the Ultimate Fighting Championship welterweight title in January, having secured the opportunity largely through his reputation as an entertaining fighter. Condit, 31, has gone the distance just six times in his 38-fight career.
