If only Caraway could stay healthy. The oft-injured bantamweight contender has fought more than twice in a calendar year only once since 2007 and returns from close to a two-year layoff to face the fast-rising Stamann at T-Mobile Arena. On a two-fight winning streak, Caraway has not competed since he eked out a split decision over Aljamain Sterling at UFC Fight Night 88 in May 2016. The 33-year-old owns a 7-2 record since joining the Ultimate Fighting Championship roster in 2011, with decision losses to Takeya Mizugaki and Raphael Assuncao as his only missteps. Stamman, 28, put himself on the 135-pound map in October, when he upset Tom Duquesnoy at UFC 216. The Michigan Top Team rep finds himself in the midst of a career-best nine-fight winning streak.
