As the rest of the flyweight division fights over the scraps from champion Demetrious Johnson’s table, two of its brightest young stars are set to collide at the Barclays Center. Borg, 24, finds himself on the rebound after he was an unwitting “Submission of the Year” victim at UFC 216, where he tapped to a sensational fifth-round armbar from Johnson. The loss to “Mighty Mouse” thwarted his bid for 125-pound gold, halted his two-fight winning streak and sent him tumbling down the flyweight mountain. Moreno last appeared at UFC Fight Night 114 in August, when he saw his run of 11 consecutive victories come to an end in a decision defeat to Roufusport’s Sergio Pettis. It was the 24-year-old Entram Gym representative’s first setback in more than five years.
