Rader has posted four wins in as many appearances. The New Orleans-based welterweight last fought under the Empire Fighting Championships banner in October, when he knocked out Andy Ulrich in the second round at Harrah’s Casino in Tunica, Miss. Rader made a successful return to Bellator Fighting Championships in 2010, as he stopped “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 1 alum Josh Rafferty on punches in just 74 seconds. The 29-year-old has held titles in two different regional promotions.
