Renzo Gracie was arrested following a brawl outside the exclusive Manhattan night club 1-Oak on May 18.
However, Sherdog.com was able to Renzo Gracie Academy. According to the club’s website, 1-Oak boasts “a rotation of world-renowned DJs and surprise performances, a captivating interior and a stellar standard of service,” as well as a “nightlife sensibility that caters to even the wordliest of partygoers.” 1-Oak also has locations in Las Vegas, Mexico City, Los Angeles and Southampton, N.Y.
A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Gracie compiled a 13-7-1 record as a professional mixed martial artist, competing in organizations such as Rings, Pride Fighting Championships, the International Fight League, the Ultimate Fighting Championship and K-1. He made his one and only Octagon appearance on April 10, 2010, when he lost to Matt Hughes via TKO in the third round at UFC 112. That would also be Gracie’s last pro fight.
