This Day in MMA History: Oct. 10



On Oct. 10, 2014, Bellator MMA was at the Winter World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma, for Bellator 128.

In the main event, bantamweight champion Eduardo Dantas took on interim champion Joe Warren. The fight was super close but it was Warren who edged out a decision (48-47 x3) to become the new champion. In the co-main event, Michael Page beat Nah-Shon Burrell by decision to improve to 7-0. The rest of the main card saw Alexander Sarnavskiy submit Dakota Cochrane and Emiliano Sordi submit Bubba McDaniel.

On the prelims, notable names like Cortez Coleman, Jason Butcher, Emmanuel Sanchez and John Teixeira all picked up wins.

Bellator 128 had 1,325 people in attendance.
