Showtime Sports announced that it will serve up three separate boxing broadcasts on Saturday, a first for the media giant.
From there, the fireworks will shift to Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., with an edition of Showtime Championship Boxing prelims, anchored by Gerald Washington (18-1-1, 12 KOs) taking on Jarrell Miller (18-0-1, 16 KOs). Irish Olympic gold medalist Katie Taylor (5-0, 3 KOs) will also be in action, with everything beginning at 7:15 p.m. ET/4:15 p.m. PT, also on Showtime Sports’ Facebook Live and YouTube outlets.
Finally, the main card will commence as Mikey Garcia moves up to junior welterweight to face Adrien Broner in the headline slot while Jermall Charlo will lock horns with Jorge Sebastian Heiland in the co-feature. Showtime will broadcast the action, which starts at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
