Riggs Expecting Win on the Feet

Joe Riggs feels he will have to take care of a very tough Jay Hieron on the feet if he hopes to put another victory in his win column.
The two welterweights will hook up in bout that could position the winner for a shot at Saturday’s main event conqueror, either Nick Diaz or Marius Zaromskis.
The long-time veteran of the sport also discussed his history of injuries and declared himself 100 percent fit for this potential title eliminator. Riggs also took a shot at Diaz, whom he defeated in the UFC, stating that he matches up well against the top 170 pounders in Strikeforce, having beaten one of the championship competitors previously.
