Jack Encarnacao returned to the Sherdog Radio Network Friday for another “SRN Roundtable.” This time the panel turned their attention to tomorrow night’s UFC 158 card, which pits UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre against former Strikeforce welterweight champion Nick Diaz.
