Pat Healy on Positive Marijuana Test: It’s a Pretty Unfortunate Rule
Pat
Healy, on “Beatdown,”
discussing his positive marijuana test after beating Jim Miller
and whether athletic commissions should test for marijuana:
“I don’t think you should be under the influence of anything when you go in there [to fight] or certainly not be able to take something that’s going to affect your performance while you’re in there, like if you took steroids prior. But something I did three and a half weeks out, where it had really no effect on the fight whatsoever, I mean it’s a pretty unfortunate rule, I think.”
