PBC on Bounce TV: Malik Scott Topples Tony Thompson via Decision

Scott used much better footwork behind a pesky jab throughout the contest, which wasn’t overly pleasing to watch at times. Thompson was much slower and the two men tied each other up throughout the encounter, but Scott was the much more effective puncher. In the end, Philadelphia’s Thompson (40-6, 27 KOs) just couldn’t keep his foe where he wanted and lost in lopsided fashion.

Referee Frank Santore intelligently waived it off, ending the mismatch at the 1:31 mark of the frame.
