Henderson: Striking Threat Could Get in Feijao’s Head

Dan
Henderson, on “The Savage
Dog Show,” discussing his upcoming bout against Rafael
“Feijao” Cavalcante:
“That’s all [King Mo] was doing [against Feijao] was trying to wrestle. He wasn’t setting up his wrestling with any MMA, with any striking or getting in tight and being able to take him down and keep him there. I think I’m a lot more dangerous than most people on my feet and most people that Feijao’s fought. Probably the only guy that’s been dangerous on his feet that he’s fought is Mike Kyle. I think that might go into play a little bit in his head. I’d like for him to stand and trade with me, and I do plan on putting him on his back as well. I have a feeling he’s going to start trying to take me down as well. I think that it’s going to be an exciting fight regardless. Both of us seem to punch hard and don’t mind doing it.”
