UFC 286 Card, Odds
BetUS.com lists Usman as a -260 favorite for the headliner, with Edwards as a +200 underdog. In the co-main event, Fiziev is favored at -220, with Gaethje coming back at +175.
Edwards has compiled an undefeated record across his past 11 appearances, going 10-0 with one no contest. He last appeared at UFC 278, where he knocked out Usman with a fifth-round head kick on Aug. 20, avenged a December 2015 defeat to “The Nigerian Nightmare” and became the 11th undisputed welterweight champion in the promotion’s history. It was Edwards’ first finish in more than four years.
Usman’s loss to Edwards snapped a remarkable 19-fight winning streak for the Trevor Wittman protege. Still one of the all-time greats at 170 pounds, he owns a 15-1 record in the UFC. Victories over Colby Covington (twice), Jorge Masvidal (twice), Gilbert Burns, Tyron Woodley and Demian Maia highlight the Usman resume.
UFC 286 “Edwards vs. Usman 3” also features a welterweight affair pairing Gunnar Nelson (-370) with Bryan Barberena (+270), a women’s flyweight tilt pitting Casey O’Neill (-180) against Jennifer Maia (+150) and a middleweight confrontation matching Marvin Vettori (-285) with Roman Dolidze (+215). Featherweights anchor the 10-fight undercard, as Jack Shore (-500) squares off with Makwan Amirkhani (+350) at 145 pounds.
