The Better Striker: Tough call. Both fighters have a knockout victory on their records. Sincaid showed some ability on the show but he was fighting at light heavyweight then. He should be faster now. Lodune was eliminated at the beginning of the show and Nate was injured early on, so it is tough to know how far either of their skills developed.
The Better Grappler: Again, tough call. Quarry trained with Couture prior to the show and looked good against Ximu Machado. Lodune rolls with Gokor and Gene LeBells people so it is likely hes developing solid wrestling skills there.
And The Winner Is: Quarry. With so little to go on this bout could go either way, but my gut says Quarry. Although he showed nothing on TUF (at least from the TV viewers perspective), I see him being hungry and doing enough to win a decision.
