Chan Reach failed to make weight and will be replaced by Kun Khmer Champion, Sam Ang Dun.

In the main event, Adriano Moraes of Brazil battles Geje Eustaquio of the Philippines for the inaugural ONE FC Flyweight World Championship.
Adriano Moraes, said: “I am excited and proud to be fighting for the inaugural ONE FC Flyweight Championship title and I cannot wait to fight in front of all the fans in Cambodia on Friday. I will give my best and earn the Flyweight Championship!”
Geje Eustaquio, said: “It is an honor for me to represent the Philippines to compete for the inaugural ONE FC Flyweight title. Winning it would mean a lot to me and my country and it will be life changing. I have been working and training hard so I am prepared for the fight and I will go into the cage and give my best fight yet.”
